Custodial Supervisor

Custodial Supervisor / Assistant Manager Location: Manchester, NH Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Fully On Site position Payrate: $20/hour Position Summary: Seeking a Custodial Supervisor to support hospital environmental services operations on 2nd shift. This role will assist management with maintaining cleanliness standards through inspections, training, coaching, and employee accountability. Candidate will supervise frontline custodial staff and may assist with hands-on cleaning/sanitation duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: Supervise custodial/environmental services staff Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are met Train and coach employees Support employee accountability and counseling Maintain strong customer and employee relationships Assist with cleaning/sanitizing efforts when necessary Support overall hospital cleanliness and sanitation operations Required Qualifications: Prior supervisory experience required Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs unassisted Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, stooping, and crouching for extended periods Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications: Hospital or healthcare EVS experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
