Automotive Contracts Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk to join our team. As an Automotive Contracts Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of automotive contracts and related documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and maintain automotive contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including invoicing, purchase orders, and amendments.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files and electronic records for easy retrieval and reference.
• Assist in monitoring contract expiration dates and renewal timelines to prevent lapses and ensure timely renewals.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to address contract-related inquiries and concerns.
• Support the contract negotiation process by providing accurate information and facilitating communication between parties.
• Provide administrative support to the contracts management team, including data entry and reporting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong experience in a contracts administration in the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.
• Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of contracts and tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27-$32 Per Hour

Experience:

• Reynolds & Reynolds: 2 years (Preferred)
• Contracts Clerk in Automotive industry: 2 years (Required)
