We are seeking an individual who can build a trustful relationship with our team members and can plan the installation process with a focus on the details, all while providing clients with a first-class experience. We need someone with extensive experience willing to have fun along the way.

With this position, you will be offered health insurance, paid holidays and time off, a retirement plan with a company match contribution, a company cell phone, a take-home company vehicle, and annual bonus of up to 10% of annual salary. With this position, you will be able to spend the weekends and holidays with your family!

Responsibilities

Purchasing and tracking of hardscape materials/inventory (bulk aggregates, edging, spikes, pavers, block, etc.)
Giving foreman daily direction about current projects (reviewing plan and materials needed to complete the project).
Daily inspection of hardscape clients' properties to ensure Aspen's standards are met.
Work closely with Operations Manager & Senior Project Manager

Qualifications

Valid Drivers License.
Ability to read a scaled landscape plan.
Able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
7+ years of paver patio, retaining wall, seating wall, outdoor kitchens, and firepit installation experience.
