- Promoting bank products to customer
- Opening and maintaining various types of accounts
- Becoming familiar with banking policies and procedures
- Providing a high level of customer service to new and established accounts
- Advising on and updating customer account information as requested
- 1 year of banking required
- Self-motivated and eager to assist customer
- Experience with using new account systems
- Comfortable with technology and ability to learn quickly
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service
