Sales Representative — Flooring, Cabinets, Countertops & Tile

Atlas Interior Surfaces LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated sales representative to help grow our flooring, cabinetry, countertop, and tile business.

We are a supply-and-install company offering an opportunity to take over an existing book of business and receive company-provided leads . You’ll help customers choose the right products, develop proposals, and turn opportunities into sales.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and builds relationships—not just someone who can deliver a sales pitch. Clear communication, consistent follow-up, and pride in your work matter here.

Compensation & Opportunity

• Base compensation based on experience.
• 10% commission on gross profit , subject to the compensation agreement.
• Uncapped commissions.
• Gas reimbursement for business-related travel.

This opportunity is intended to begin as an independent contractor engagement, with the potential to transition into full-time employment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage existing customer relationships and respond promptly to company-provided leads.
• Meet with customers to understand their project needs and guide product selections.
• Prepare and present estimates, explain the scope of work, and follow up to close sales.
• Develop new customer relationships, referrals, and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, estimates, and next steps.
• Coordinate with our project team and subcontractors to support a smooth handoff from sale to installation.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close business.
• Experience in flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, building materials, or home improvement is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• A self-motivated approach and the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
• Professionalism when working with customers, project managers, and subcontractors.
• A valid driver’s license for travel to customer appointments and project sites.
