PRN Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care & Wellness

Description This is an as needed PRN position. WeCare tlc partners with employers to proactively manage their health care cost by expertly delivering unparalleled primary care for the benefit of employees and their families. WeCare tlc has an opportunity for a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner in the Central Noble School Facility. The highly qualified individual we seek will be responsible for providing primary care to eligible employees and their dependents. Our health clinic does not bill insurance allowing for more time with patients! The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care medical services to the employees and dependents. The Provider is also responsible for promoting wellness programs that will serve to educate the patient population and assist them in making healthy lifestyle choices. We seek individuals with passion. The ideal candidate will be bright, focused, self‑motivated, friendly, organized, flexible, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly. Current knowledge of clinical practices required. Must have good judgment, excellent follow‑up skills, a sense of urgency. Knowledge of healthcare and medical industry. Requirements Must have a minimum of Graduate from an accredited program. A valid state license, in the state of practice. A minimum of 2 years NP experience. Sound medical knowledge. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills and comfort with technology. Preferred DEA registration and DOT Certification. Experience in family practice, preventive, and/or occupational health. Through understanding in the treatment of common chronic diseases. Ability to perform common in‑office procedures. Knowledge of preventive care guidelines. Understanding of best practices for CPT and ICD10 coding. High level of emotional intelligence. Ability to develop rapport with patients and staff.
