LIHTC Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist
Enterprise Community Partners
Enterprise is seeking a Leasing Specialist for LIHTC properties. You will market and lease units, ensure compliant operations, and maintain resident satisfaction while upholding Fair Housing standards. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with potential weekend hours.
