Outbound Warehouse Manager

US Foods is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day outbound operations in our wholesale foodservice distribution center. In this role, you will oversee picking, staging, loading, and shipping to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries for restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality customers. You will supervise and develop a team of warehouse associates, champion a strong safety and food safety culture, and monitor KPIs for productivity, accuracy, and service. Partnering closely with transportation and other departments, you will drive continuous improvement, optimize labor and equipment utilization, and support system and process enhancements in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
