Responsibilities

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards
• Fine dining experience is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and presentation skills
• Skills in culinary techniques, including knife skills and food plating
• Background in dietary aide work or dietary departments is advantageous
• Previous experience in catering or serving roles is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
