2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Lead & Improve Output

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee second-shift operations in Athol, MA. You will supervise daily production activities, coach employees, manage staffing, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met on a fast-paced line. The role requires supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to manage staffing and production schedules. Second shift runs 3:00PM–11:00PM on-site with shift differential.
