In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients experiencing acute psychiatric conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, crisis intervention, and safety monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and therapists, participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination, and provide patient and family education.
