General Manager

Location: Peoria, AZ

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 total compensation | The stronger the restaurant performs, the greater your earning potential.

This is a full-service, high-volume restaurant that takes hospitality seriously. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing the full restaurant operation—front of house, back of house, and everything in between
• Driving guest satisfaction and holding the team accountable to a consistent, high-quality experience
• Managing financial performance, including cost controls, scheduling, and inventory
• Partnering with the culinary and service management team to maintain menu integrity and operational consistency
• Developing your management team and hourly staff—coaching, training, and building bench strength
• Conducting biweekly inventory and supervising ordering across all areas of the operation
• Maintaining professional presence on the floor and modeling the hospitality standards you expect from your team

What You Bring to the Table

• Two or more years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• A warm, direct leadership style with the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-discipline, professional appearance, and a genuine passion for the industry
• A track record of developing people and improving operational performance
