We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Center Administrative Assistant to serve as a welcoming and professional presence in our sales center.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in supporting our sales team and creating an outstanding first impression for prospective homebuyers. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, and customer-focused, with strong administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and professionally manage a high-quality phone presence
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional sales center environment
• Assist with daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence
• Support data entry, document preparation, and general clerical duties

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and general office systems)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Prior administrative or customer-facing experience preferred

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Sunday noon – 6:00 p.m.
