Manufacturing Machine Operator

Location: Auburn, ME
Pay : $18.00 – $21.82 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Schedules : Monday-Friday:

• 1st shift 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday- Friday

Adecco is partnering with a well-known manufacturing company in Auburn, Maine, and we’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Machine Operators .

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently:

• Interpret work instructions and specifications to complete production tasks

• Operate and monitor machinery

• Assemble and position materials using fixtures, chucks, vises, or automated systems

• Inspect and measure finished parts using tools like pin gauges and thread gauges

• Lift materials up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Manufacturing Machine Operation Experience preferred but not required

• Basic math and shop math skills

• Experience using measuring tools and inspection instruments

· Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, safety procedures, and written instructions in English

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.82 per hour
