We are looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals for our parts clerk position at our Infiniti dealership in Grapevine. We hope you are interested in joining our dealership family!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Discusses the use and features of various parts. 

• Fills customer orders from stock. 

• Prepares sales slip or sales contract. 

• Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available. 

• Examines returned part to determine if defective, and exchanges part or refunds money. 

• Marks and stores parts in the stockroom according to the prearranged system. 

• Receives and fills internet orders for parts. 

• Takes inventory of stock. 

• Completes any reports or logs 

• Performs other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:  

• Must be at least 18 years old 

• High school diploma or GED preferred 

• Previous experience preferred 

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record 

• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed 

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to    

• maintain composure under stress 

• Highly professional and dependable 

• Safety and customer service oriented 

• Must be willing to participate in and pass a background check and clear a drug screening
