MEMORIAL PRIMARY CARE ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (PEMBROKE PINES LOCATION)

Memorial Primary Care (MPC), part of Memorial Healthcare System, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient primary care team. The provider will primarily care for adult patients with acute and chronic conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care under the general supervision of a physician. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative services aligned with established standards of care. Conduct follow-up and health maintenance visits. Compile and present patient histories, physical assessments, evaluations, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner to support clinical decision-making. Qualifications National Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification or a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent) from an ARC-PA accredited program with appropriate PA Certification. Florida license, BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required by the date of hire. Primary Care experience with adult patients (18+) required; minimum of three years of primary care experience preferred. Position Details & Benefits Full-time, Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) with no weekend or call expectations.
