Project Expeditor - Maintenance

Role Summary: The Maintenance Project Expediter is responsible for coordinating the life-cycle of work requests from incident creation to completion, by field crews. Serving as the central point of coordination for maintenance crews, this role ensures that incidents are accurately assigned, tracked, and expedited. The Project Expediter is tasked with facilitating internal and external communication among customer service representatives, patrol drivers, field crews, subcontractors, and supporting departments. Job Responsibilities: Project Coordination * Coordinate the assignment and management of maintenance incidents by ensuring work requests are routed to the appropriate internal crews or contractors in alignment with established business rules and operational priorities. * Monitor open maintenance incidents, track progress, and coordinate reassignment or escalation activities as needed to support timely resolution and service level requirements. Operations Support * Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external crews regarding open incidents and TerraGo-related issues. Performance Monitoring and Reporting * Monitor and maintain the maintenance backlog by reviewing open, aging, paused, and incomplete incidents to identify issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and support timely completion of outstanding work. Compliance, Risk and QA * Manage required documentation and submit applicable work requests, including transformer-related tickets and other maintenance service submissions, to support operational execution and compliance. * Escalate recurring or unresolved TerraGo issues to the Central Operations Manager. * Escalate recurring or unresolved field maintenance issues to the Maintenance Field Supervisor and the Director of Maintenance. * Coordinate with contractors regarding permit requirements, inspections, and work progress. Support and Engagement * Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding newly assigned work, priority incidents, and required follow-up actions. * Support maintenance incident management by coordinating with internal stakeholders to validate incident requirements, facilitate escalation processes, and maintain accurate documentation to support tracking, reporting, and timely resolution. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications preferred). * Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.

• Computer literate, skilled at using MacBook, Apple products, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
