Automation Test Lead

We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead to drive enterprise-wide test automation initiatives, build next-generation automation frameworks, and lead high-performing QA engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about automation strategy, innovation, DevOps, and AI-enabled quality engineering. 12+ Years of Hands-on Test Automation Experience Required Technical Skills Automation & Quality Engineering Extensive experience in Web, API, Middleware, Database, and Mobile Test Automation Strong expertise in Selenium and Playwright Hands-on experience with REST Assured or other API automation frameworks Experience designing and building scalable enterprise automation frameworks from scratch Strong understanding of the complete Software Testing Lifecycle Programming 5+ years of strong programming experience in Java Experience developing reusable automation utilities and custom solutions CI/CD & DevOps Experience with Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, Maven Build scalable automation suites integrated with Continuous Integration/Continuous Testing Promote DevOps and Shift-Left testing practices Application Technologies Solid understanding of Angular , Spring Boot Microservices , and Mule Gateway Experience validating enterprise applications across modern technology stacks Lead and mentor distributed automation teams Build engineering dashboards, quality metrics, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports Drive automation strategy, solution design, and client-facing technical proposals Research emerging technologies and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot or other LLM-powered development assistants Experience with Rally or similar Test Management platforms Enterprise QA transformation initiatives Multi-location/global team leadership Custom automation solutions and engineering health dashboards AI-enabled quality engineering and automation innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
