Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ER setting. The candidate will deliver compassionate patient care while adhering to hospital protocols and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate critically ill and injured patients to establish immediate treatment priorities.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments, adjusting care plans accordingly.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing lifesaving interventions when needed.

Qualifications:

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Possess at least 2 years of ER nursing experience in a high-volume facility.
Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Maintain CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
