Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services, oversee Positive Behavior Support (PBS) principles across the agency, and help advance our commitment to program excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence agency-wide practice, support staff development, and contribute to the growth of innovative services. Essential Functions Provide clinical services to individuals in Grow’s programs. Oversee the application of PBS principles across the agency. Lead the implementation of the RBT certification program, including BCBA supervision for staff. Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and community partners. Support organizational growth and program expansion initiatives. Qualifications Master’s degree with Board Certification in Behavior Analysis required. Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in the field of ABA. Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a culturally diverse population. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate documentation and data recording. Schedule & Compensation Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday. Daytime hours) Salary: Starting at $75,000, commensurate with experience.
