Overview Temporary Overnight Residential Support Staff — $21.50/Hr. We’re seeking a Temporary Overnight Support Staff member to join a residential recovery program serving men committed to building sober, stable futures. This role involves providing a safe, supportive environment for residents, monitoring the facility during overnight hours, assisting with intakes/discharges, handling medication distribution, and offering compassionate support as needed. This position is ideal for someone dependable, empathetic, and comfortable working overnight shifts in a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Provide a safe, supportive environment for residents during overnight hours. Monitor the facility and ensure safety and security. Assist with resident intakes and discharges as needed. Handle medication distribution following applicable policies and procedures. Offer compassionate support and de-escalation when residents are in distress. Qualifications Experience in social services or recovery programs preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Team-oriented with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
