Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

State of Location: Virginia Position Summary We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide outpatient therapy for children from birth to age twenty-one. The clinician will deliver individualized one‑to‑one care and develop customized care plans to meet each child’s needs, encouraging parent and caregiver participation in sessions to reinforce home exercises. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients. Deliver individualized therapy sessions with a focus on speech, language, and communicative skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical, occupational, and ABA therapists. Encourage and facilitate parent and caregiver involvement in therapy sessions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program. Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Virginia. Demonstrated dedication to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
