Medical Technologist - Special Chemistry / LCMS / Analytical Chemistry/HPLC

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setting: On-Site Location: Linden, NJ Positions: 2 Openings (Day & Evening)

Role Summary

This position focuses on patient sample testing within a clinical laboratory environment using advanced chemistry methodologies including LCMS and analytical chemistry.

LCMS stands for Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex analytical testing on patient samples
• Operate LCMS and other special chemistry instrumentation
• Maintain accurate quality control and quality assurance records
• Follow CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory guidelines
• Communicate with clinical teams regarding testing and results
• Support workflow and maintain instrument performance

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Specialist in Special Chemistry / LCMS / Analytical Chemistry / MLS
• HPLC real experience is a must.
• Experience in clinical laboratory or hospital diagnostic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field (preferred)
• ASCP certification preferred;
• Strong troubleshooting, QC/QA, and analytical skills

Shifts Available

• Tuesday to Saturday From 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm is the shift
