At Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia, we’re on the hunt for motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to help share the excitement of our brand with the community. Responsibilities Engage and educate potential customers about our brand and products. Book appointments with decision‑makers to showcase our solutions. Assist in setting up, executing, and breaking down events to ensure smooth operations. Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve future initiatives. Maintain a professional demeanor while being energetic and engaging with others. Qualifications Comfortable approaching new people, striking up conversations, and building rapport. Dependable, punctual, and ready to take initiative. Positive, enthusiastic energy and a smile in the workplace. Access to reliable personal transportation for event travel. Weekend availability – most events occur on Saturdays and Sundays. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds during event setup. Authorization to work in the United States. Compensation $17–$30 per hour, plus uncapped weekly bonus opportunities. Pay is based on performance, including a $40.00 bonus for each appointment that receives a demo by our sales team. Vehicle Allowance 30–60 miles: $50.00 per round‑trip commute 60–80 miles: $60.00 per round‑trip commute 80+ miles: $70.00 per round‑trip commute Benefits Fixed wages plus performance‑based bonuses with no cap.
