This individual will need to be the gold standard in all our processes, so attention to detail and high drive to win is a must. A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need a dedicated team member that has experience in a supervisory role, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry. - Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 16 years of age or older
- 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
- Basic Computer Skills
- 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
- Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus!
- Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
- Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
- Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
- Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
- Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
- Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
- Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
- Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful
- Able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
- Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements - hot and cold
