Kelly is seeking Assembly Specialists in Georgetown, TX

Payrate: $18 per hour
Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Friday, OT as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic assembly of electronic or mechanical components on production lines
• Follow standard work instructions, SOPs, and assembly guidelines
• Inspect parts and assembled units for defects or quality issues
• Ensure correct placement and handling of materials and components
• Maintain production output targets and efficiency standards
• Report any assembly errors, equipment issues, or material shortages
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following 5S and safety standards
• Support the production team with line balancing and general tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of assembly or production processes is a plus
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
