HVAC Technician

Acts as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market Commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment Coordinates with team leaders and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs Represents the company as the direct customer contact ensuring satisfaction Uses software and technology, along with hand-tools, to diagnose and repair units Maintains flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required Requirements A High School Diploma or equivalent required Typically 5 plus years of experience in HVAC Technical School or formal training is preferred Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software Working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations EPA Certification Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HVAC system commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical proficiency. Holds EPA Certification and possesses strong operational knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld devices for efficient service delivery.
