Responsibilities Ensure shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of product Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in store Maintain store shelves by removing dated and/or damaged product Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and best sellers Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data Maintain and cultivate relationships at store level Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Have a high school diploma or equivalent Possess and can maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Are able to use an iPad Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Are organized, can time manage, prioritize, and have attention to detail Can lift up to 50 pounds frequently Benefits May elect company paid Medical, Dental, Vision Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) Paid Time Off Company Paid Holidays Additional Voluntary Benefits Meadow Gold is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
