Your Opportunity

Heinrich Envelope, a Taylor Corporation Company, is looking for a Material Handler to join the team in our Golden Valley, MN facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer and carrier specifications
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and accurately record inventory
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and inventory transactions
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using ERP or shipping software
• Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.) to schedule pickups and resolve shipping issues
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Communicate effectively with internal departments (production, customer service, etc.).

Your Shift

• 1st Shift; Tuesday - Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm

You Must Have

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and use a computer operating system to track inventory
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
• Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments
• Familiar with basic computer operations
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals are required to follow instructions
• Ability and willingness to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Prior warehouse/receiving experience

We Would Also Prefer

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• 12 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics role
• Experience in a production related environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or shipping systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred

The anticipated hourly for this position is $18.00 - 20.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
