Data Entry Coordinator

Job Description Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Data Entry Coordinator will prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames, and budgets, for projects. The Coordinator will perform coordination tasks such as schedule and risk management, maintain project documentation, and handle financial queries. Location: Baltimore City (long‑term assignment). Possible additional assignments in Washington, DC metro area; Hampton Roads, VA; Richmond, VA; Atlanta, GA metro area. Duties and Responsibilities Audit subcontractor records for compliance with established standards. Maintain time and attendance records. Post changes in payroll and tax status in B2GNow and LCP Tracker. Perform data entry to establish and maintain subcontractor back‑dated payroll records. Export reports from B2GNow and LCP Tracker using Excel. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications BS in Business Administration or related field preferred. Proven work experience as Data Entry Coordinator or similar role. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time‑management. Strong client‑facing and teamwork skills. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls. Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e.g., B2GNow and LCP Tracker) preferred. PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
