Deadline to apply is June 30, 2026 Requirements Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program with current Medical Assistant certification, or graduation from an accredited nursing program with current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited program or a current Registered Nurse (RN) degree/ license required Associate Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field preferred An equivalent combination of education and healthcare management experience may be considered Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare clinic or medical office experience required Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred Experience in a Rural Health Clinic (RHC), Critical Access Hospital (CAH), or outpatient healthcare setting strongly preferred Experience managing specialty clinic operations and provider scheduling preferred Strong knowledge of rural healthcare operations and clinic workflow management Understanding of Rural Health Clinic regulations, compliance standards, and reimbursement practices preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain efficient clinic operations Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications Experience with staffing, scheduling, productivity monitoring, and operational reporting Knowledge of patient privacy regulations, including HIPAA Ability to foster a positive, patient‑centered work environment Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Fremont Economic Development Corporation
