A San Francisco-based AI-native insurance brokerage is looking to hire an Excess & Surplus lines expert! The tech stack is built out, and the technology and processes are proven. What we need is someone who knows exactly how to react when a risk gets declined and how to navigate the excess & surplus lines market to find placement. Skills and experience:

• Experience: 5-10 years of commercial insurance knowledge
• Background: Strong E&S knowledge/experience
• License: Active Property & Casualty license

Key Duties:

• Responsible for the commercial policy lifecycle, from marketing and quoting through binding, while assessing complex risks.
• Assist with managing end-to-end policy placement, completing risk profiles, and implementing other insurance strategies
• Utilize your market relationships to ensure the best pricing with specialty carriers
• Create strong relationships with key insurance carrier underwriters
