Conflicts Analyst | Boston (Hybrid) | Up to $90,000 + Bonus A leading professional services firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst with a strong background in conflicts and risk management who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review and assess conflicts relating to new hires. Conduct conflict searches and analyse findings using internal systems and research tools. Identify potential ethical, regulatory and commercial risks, providing clear recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve conflicts efficiently and support onboarding. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years' experience in conflicts, risk or compliance. Strong understanding of conflict management and ethical risk assessment.
