Identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions. Complete policy management activities and deliver reviewed policies to clients, addressing inquiries as necessary. Deliver technical expertise in the presentation and delivery of RFPs. Work with various Energy Property Insurance markets to place clients on the best terms and conditions available. We will count on you to: Act as the lead advisory colleague on smaller, less complex books of business. Develop renewal/placement strategies with the Placement, Advisory Leader and Client Executive, executing them per client instructions. Analyze carrier quotes and provide insights to senior Advisory colleagues and/or clients to develop solutions and renewals. Support senior Advisory colleagues to achieve business goals and RFPs through research and document preparation for new insurance and risk products. Manage follow‑up on coverage changes with underwriters to ensure correct coverage specifications. Build and maintain client and market contact at appropriate levels to execute client programs effectively. What you need to have: 2‑3 years Property Commercial experience; Energy & Power experience preferred. P&C license required or ability to obtain one. Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation and Benefits: The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,500 to $197,100, determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
