Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on and experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems performance, and technical support operations. This role is responsible for ensuring system uptime, security, and efficiency across the organization while supporting business-critical applications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage IT operations in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce. What You’ll Do Oversee daily IT operations , including networks, servers, systems, and user support Manage and support IT infrastructure , including hardware, software, and cloud environments Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability across all business applications Lead the IT support team , including help desk and system administrators Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols, backups, and disaster recovery systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime Collaborate with department leaders to support operational technology needs Manage IT vendors, service providers, and software licensing Implement process improvements and system upgrades to enhance efficiency Maintain IT documentation, policies, and compliance standards What You Bring to the Table Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration, with leadership experience preferred Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred) Network & Security: Experience with SonicWall firewalls and Ubiquiti UniFi network environments Storage & Surveillance: Experience managing Synology NAS and Surveillance Station systems Systems Administration: Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory (GPOs, DNS, DHCP, permissions) Telecom Systems: Experience with RingCentral / AT&T View email address on click.appcast.io VoIP systems Technical Skills: Knowledge of cloud platforms, ERP systems, and general IT infrastructure Leadership Skills: Ability to manage IT teams and prioritize multiple projects Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Communication Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts clearly Why Join Field Fresh Foods?
