Senior District Manager, Neuroscience - Seattle, Washington District

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior District Manager for its Neuroscience division in Seattle to lead district strategy, drive portfolio performance, and develop a high-performing sales team. This leadership role focuses on translating enterprise direction into executable plans while fostering clinical excellence and cross-functional collaboration across the neuroscience therapeutic area.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional strategy into district priorities with measurable outcomes and execution discipline
• Drive neuroscience portfolio performance and customer-focused execution across sales team
• Hire, develop, and manage high-performing district sales team with succession planning focus
• Coach team on selling effectiveness, clinical execution, and business acumen development
• Build customer and stakeholder relationships while coordinating cross-functional partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; MS/MBA/PhD preferred
• Eight years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sales and commercial experience
• Two years of direct sales management experience with performance management capability
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% including overnight trips
• Willingness to live in or relocate to Seattle, Washington geography
• Experience coaching and developing sales teams through organizational change
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making in commercial roles
