Home Health Registered Nurse

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Home Health Registered Nurse in Peoria, AZ. This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Pay: $51.00 - $55.75 per hour based on experience

Type: Three-month contract

Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed, 8:00AM - 4:30 (Monday - Friday), on call rotation

Coverage Areas: 60 miles radius around Peoria, AZ

Primary Responsibilities:

• RN case manager for a specific territory

• Performing skilled routine visits, recerts, discharges and start of cares/resumption of cares.

• Each case manager is assigned their own territory but cover each other on days off

• 100% patient care

• OASIS visits, wound care, picc line care

Qualifications:

• Current RN License

• Valid Driver's License

• CPR Certification

• Experience in homecare

• Experience with HCHB
