Pediatric Hospitalist (MD/DO) Locum Tenens Opportunity Oxford, Mississippi
WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Hospitalist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Oxford, Mississippi. This assignment offers flexible scheduling with both day and night shift options in a hospital setting utilizing Epic EMR.

- Inpatient Pediatric Hospitalist Coverage
- Collaborative Hospital Environment
- Ongoing Staffing Need
- Approximately Patients Per Day
- Pediatric inpatient admissions and rounding
- Evaluation and management of hospitalized pediatric patients
- Newborn and pediatric care as appropriate
- Coordination of care with nursing and ancillary staff
- Participation in patient discharge planning and follow-up recommendations
- Epic EMR
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Mississippi Medical License Required at Time of Presentation
- Active DEA Required at Time of Presentation
- PALS Certification Required
- NRP Certification Required
- One Year of Experience Preferred
- Physicians with less experience may be considered
- Flexible Day or Night Scheduling
- 12-Hour Shift Structure
- Manageable Daily Patient Census
- Ongoing Assignment Stability
- Epic EMR Platform
- Supportive Clinical Environment
- Immediate and Ongoing Coverage Need
