Product and Customer Specialist

HiFyve is hiring a Product & Customer Specialist in the Industrial Manufacturing industry in Springboro, OH! Salary: $58,000-$65,000/year + 5% STIP Bonus Shift: Day Shift Location: Springboro, OH Benefits: Full benefits package About the Role This role supports customer satisfaction and commercial operations by providing product support, processing orders, managing customer communication, and coordinating closely with operations and sales teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and timely customer quotes based on application and product requirements
• Process and verify customer purchase orders, including pricing, delivery, and shipping details
• Communicate order status, tracking information, and shipping updates to customers
• Coordinate rush orders and delivery changes with operations leadership
• Prepare and issue commission and sales reports for leadership and sales teams
• Support customers with product questions, applications, and service-related inquiries
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide recommendations for improvement
• Maintain and update customer account information in internal systems
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues through follow-up and cross-functional coordination
• Report customer feedback, market information, and competitive insights to leadership
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to maintain technical product knowledge
• Support safety and ISO compliance initiatives Qualifications
• Associate's degree or technical degree required; equivalent experience considered
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Inside sales experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
