: Scope of Position - The Financial Case Coordinator functions within the Comprehensive Weight Management department. The department provides a wide variety of weight management services ranging from Living Well program, medication management and Bariatric Surgery. We have a multidisciplinary team that work closely to provide optimized care for our patients. Position Summary - The Financial Case Coordinator functions within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate an assigned group of patients through the bariatric surgery program. Each Financial Case Coordinator is responsible for tracking patient progress and ensuring a timely progression to surgery. Minimum Qualifications For Hire: Per CCS Class Specs: High School Diploma or GED. PC Knowledge and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment. Preferred: Experience with Windows, Excel, and Intranet/internet navigation tools as well as system content. Medical terminology, coding and third-party reimbursement experience. Ability to work in multiple systems for assigned tasks, management, and reporting. Strong problem-solving and presentation skills. High level of customer service skills. Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a busy environment Function: Finance Subfunction: Revenue Cycle Services Band: Individual Contributor - Specialized Level: S1 Regular 40 First Shift
