– Draw blood samples from patients with skill and confidence, including pediatric and geriatric patients – Prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity – Verify patient demographic information and label specimens in the presence of the patient to ensure proper identification – Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procedures and specimen collections – Create a professional and welcoming environment, fostering trust and confidence with patients – Follow safety protocols, policies, and procedures, including infection control and confidentiality standards – Adapt to various settings, including doctor's offices and patient service centers, as needed – Work independently and efficiently to meet daily operational goals while minimizing errors – Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence in all tasks – Travel to multiple locations, including patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy sites, with flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

– Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen labeling and data entry – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Excellent customer service and communication skills – Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume environment – Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if applicable – Ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced settings – Knowledge of laboratory specimen collection standards and safety procedures

– High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred – Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington – Minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections – Prior experience in a patient service center environment is preferred – Keyboard and data entry experience recommended – Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, to cover multiple locations – Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on established procedures – Travel required to various patient service sites and outpatient clinics as needed
