Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellow (CF)

Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Speech‑Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Department located in Plainfield, Indiana. This unique opportunity offers a motivated individual the chance to work with both outpatient and ABA learners within our Speech Therapy program, under the direct supervision of our Manager of Speech Services, who is also a practicing Speech‑Language Pathologist. Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities Assess and treat children with speech, language, voice, feeding, or fluency disorders. Collaborate with BCBA’s and other clinicians for the best possible client outcomes. Conduct evaluations, re‑evaluations, observations and referrals. Design instructional and intervention strategies for clients. High integrity and adherence to the company’s core values. Develop treatment plans, interventions and/or educational materials. Train other team members on speech pathology, appropriate interventions, and different communication disorders. Engage in collaborative learning with our in‑house Clinical Fellow mentor to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Effectively manage time to provide optimal care for both in‑center ABA and outpatient clients. Embrace feedback and actively pursue opportunities for professional growth and development. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Licensed CF‑SLP in State of Indiana – we will work towards your ASHA CCC together! Must be energetic and enjoy working with children.
