Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home with flexible working hours scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• An active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word) and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling environments is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
