Job Description Come be a part of something new and exciting! The Breckenridge Bourbon Club is the newest Premium Experience at Empower Field at Mile High. This new all-inclusive field level club is part of the stadiums brand new $100 million renovation. Come join the team! The Barback/Cocktail Server is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that help assure exceptional guest service. This role also includes providing guests with exceptional and professional serving of beverages tableside. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.75 to $22.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Job Responsibilities Responsible for stocking bar items daily and filling the ice bins as needed Anticipate needs throughout the shift Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized Report timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time, know your work area and set up as directed Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual Ensure prompt, quality service is provided Process products accurately and efficiently Take orders in a professional manner from guests throughout the space Work harmoniously with bartenders to fulfill guests orders in a timely manner Responsible for tapping kegs throughout events Knowledge and accordance with all state liquor laws Return and obtain old/new C02 tanks for the bar Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training Compliance with the attendance policy: tardiness, working requirement of 60% and mandatory meetings At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
