Senior Project Manager

W are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up high-rise construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial high-rise developments while overseeing project budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of high-rise construction projects.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents.Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project execution.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Review and manage change orders, pay applications, and project reporting.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.Deliver projects on time and within budget.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.5+ years managing ground-up high-rise construction projects.Experience overseeing projects valued at $50M+.Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryAnnual bonus opportunityMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
