We'd love to have you as a shareholder!Your Next OpportunityResponsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and reliable operation of Enterprise level servers, appliances, storage systems, and peripherals. Microsoft 365, AWS and VMware Administration is a plus.What You’ll Do* Implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring and the development of specialized system procedures.* Performs basic systems administration functions, including managing profiles and accounts, monitors and manages system resources, including CPU, memory and disk usage; performs systems backups and recovery procedures.* Writes or modifies basic scripts to resolve specific issues or problems; maintains system documentation and logs.* Performs or assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing production system problems.* Maintain network and server security, including application security, anti-virus, and user account management.* Participate in monitoring, primary response and intervention for information technology-related security incidents and violations.* Keep current with new systems; security; network technologies, and applicable laws and regulations.What You’ll Need To Be Successful* Windows Systems Administration and Microsoft Active Directory Management.* Must have excellent customer relations skills, superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.* Must thrive in a team environment and have the ability to coach and mentor Desktop Technicians.* Linux fundamentals and willingness to learn Red Hat.What You Bring To Us* Microsoft Certified Administrator or another Systems Administrator certification.* Experience as a Jr. Systems Administrator is preferred. Demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience.Travel* Minimal, infrequent travelWorking Conditions* General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
