Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our well-established and growing medical practice in Red Bank, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician looking not only to practice comprehensive ENT care, but also to grow into a Partnership track or full practice takeover

Position Highlights

• Full-time, office-based and procedural practice

• Established patient base with strong community referral network

• Supportive clinical and administrative staff

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care

• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Provide patient and family education regarding conditions and treatments

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice, with the opportunity to transition into a medical leadership role.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical license

• Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills

• Interest in long-term growth and potential practice management
