Job Title Database Manager – BIM / CAD-MEP Job Description We are seeking a skilled Database Manager – BIM / CAD-MEP to support and standardize BIM and fabrication data environments for a growing mechanical construction team. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between design, fabrication, and field operations while driving efficiency through automation and data integration. Key Responsibilities Manage CAD-MEP fabrication databases (Fabrication CADmep, CAMduct, ESTmep) Develop and maintain Revit families and BIM content standards Ensure consistency between Revit models and fabrication databases Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for coordination and document control Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for project and fabrication insights Develop Dynamo scripts to automate workflows and QA/QC processes Support data standardization, integration, and reporting across teams Troubleshoot BIM, database, and workflow issues Maintain libraries, specifications, and version control Requirements 5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, mechanical construction, or database management Strong proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Fabrication tools Experience with Dynamo scripting for automation Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Power BI Understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems Strong problem‑solving and data management skills Experience with APIs or advanced automation tools is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Career growth and advancement opportunities Stable, full‑time role with a leading mechanical contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing
