Performing tasks on a cleaning schedule, including trash disposal, dishwashing, and sweeping & mopping floors. Performing a variety of tasks in the kitchen, including prep work, ensuring proper food storage by labelling & dating food items, operating kitchen equipment, handling chemicals and cleaning equipment, etc. Other duties as assigned.
