Operation Analyst

Operations AnalystWe are looking for an Operations Analyst to support daily reconciliations and data analysis within a Middle Office environment. This role is well-suited for someone with an operations background who is comfortable executing repeatable processes, working with data, and supporting senior team members.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily and ad-hoc operational reconciliations between internal systems and external data sourcesPull and validate data from custodians, vendors, and external websitesUpdate and maintain Excel-based reconciliation and control filesIdentify, investigate, and document breaks and exceptions, escalating as appropriateSupport start-of-day and end-of-day operational control processesAssist senior operations staff with reporting, data clean-up, and process supportRequirements:1-3 years of experience in operations, middle office, reconciliations, or similar support rolesExposure to asset management, banking operations, or financial services environmentsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)Strong data analysis skills, experience working with high-volume operational data with the ability to work across diverse datasets and translate varied inputs into standardized outputsAbility to synthesize key concepts and findings into clear, well-organized summariesNice to Have:Experience with DUCO or other reconciliation platformsExperience with BloombergExperience with financial concepts like portfolio accounting and valuation, security master, corporate actions eTeam
